Great concept, buggy experience. App only designed to display properly on a phone, looks terrible on a tablet. Wishing a great,reliable solution for technicians in the field existed to go fully paperless, doesn't look like that is coming anytime soon with this platform. I can't commit to using this for my 5 technicians/trucks everyday, I don't have time to deal with all the crashes and bugs.

Another awesome product from Service Monster! Makes working in the field a lot more productive!

Buggy, won't take payments, only thing I can use it for is uploading multiple pics as opposed to the other Service Monster app that uploads one at a time. I can email customers but I could use the other app for that. This is just always freezing and closing. Also doesn't stay logged in for more than a few hours, not optimal for a full workday.
