In this version, I don't understand what better service is seen available than previous version.I have n't checked two icons appeared when opening because I intended to make payment.But once you completed the payment transaction ,it seems there is no provision to go back to main page,instead the option to exit appears ,which is a great draw back.

App doesn't allow us to sign in. After entering username password, nothing happens. No error message too. App updated already. Password reset option didn't work either. Says something went wrong. Re installed the app and tried but no success. Im using the latest app.

As per the technical support, given by the kseb, I could successfully login info the their website ie. kseb. The application has been designed to know the monthwise consumption of electricity and to know about all the matters relating to the payment, Power cut information and so on. One suggestion is that a provision for changing the name of ownership is also provided online.

The app need update to compact with Android 10... Can't sign in now,Many people who has latest Android version can't sign in due to the apps compatibility issue.KSEB has to solve this issue on urgent basis...its very unfortunate that the kseb cant solve the logging issue. No one is giving any reply too. I dont expect any reply from our minister..as he is busy with more serious and technical issues..

I had the same issue as the previous couple of reviewers with the "unable to connect to server error". Dropped an email to KSEB support and received quick assistance. Version 2.9.20 is now on the Google Playstore and the error is no longer there. I tested the payment functionality as well and it works fine.

Yes, until few months it was working very perfectly, but nowadays it nit connecting to the server. I reinstalled the app, still not working. (So I downgrade ⭐️from 5 to 1 ) Hope IT team will rectify the issues soon. It was a nice app. We can see all the account in a single frame..
