The UPCL services are too WORST. Compare to other states UPCL services are HELL. Everyday minimum 1hr of electricity cut-off is there and specially on weekends, electricity cut-off is there for around 6to7 hrs. I don't know what's wrong with them. Today also electricity cut-off is there and there is no sign when it will come back. Another major problem is the customer care. Only to say they are registering complaints but there is no action against the registered complaint. It's HORRIBLE!
