This app does not allow you to pay directly for what you order, when you order. Instead it requires you to load up a balance on your account predetermined amounts. And when you order food it will reduce your balance from there.

Cannot order 2 or more things. No option reload your balance while ordering, you need to cancel your order to load your balance. Not useful.

Choosing ASAP on the pickup time does not mean ASAP at all. It does not add you to a normal queue. I waited 45 mins for my order to even be added to the queue. Ordering outside the app puts your order in the queue right away.
