As an installer of cctv, most apps work perfect. But does depend on make of system fitted. But this app for Spro cctv systems is not fit for purpose. All customers complaining of not being able to watch playback.. So will not be fitting this system anymore. Will stick with Hikvision, as far better app to use and No complaints from customers.. So unless you can update your app, so people can actually use it for what it is intended. I will not be recommending it..

Since update can't select specific times for playback. Also connection fails after a few minutes of watching playback. Previous version on another device still works perfectly.

This app is terrible, can't even go back to see footage. It always cuts out when playing back. Absolutely terrible app.

When searching for a time it will only start from the nearest hour e.g.say I want to look back at a time of 3:30 it will only start at 3 and then you have to fw until it reaches that time 3:30 what takes ages.is there any update that can fix this issue.
