Shockingly useless. The new feature to log you out ever 24 hours makes no sense. The password is long and difficult to commit to memory. Even if you knew it by memory, who wants to type out a lengthy username and password in an emergency situation???? Please rectify asap

Please try fixing the app. It shuts down every time i try to login. Apparently its an ongoing problem and I am not the only person with this issue. Work harder and fix thi. Please!!!

The app logs me out after each use and requires me to re-enter my username and password each time I try to use it again. I don't have that information on hand unless I'm at home and I can't seem to link the app to the biometrics on my phone which means that should my car get stolen or I need help I can't activate the system till I get home.

I am disappointed with the app, i can't access the app for the last 5 months. It kicks me out immediately. Now i can't even track my cars.

Terrible app. Dont ever use matrix. It's a bad product in my opinion. Just not worth it. Not real time tracking as promised prior to installation. At times it shows the vehicle is in a foreign country when tracking the vehicle... Lol

I am deeply disappointed in this app. I am unable to log in and keep track of my vehicle even after several attempts of downloading it over and over again. Before there were no hiccups and I have no idea what to do anymore... Anyone who can help me with regards as to what to do???
