This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Miralix Go on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Med Miralix Go kan du tage din firmatelefon med i lommen og besvare kø-opkald, der modtages via Miralix KontaktCenter. Dermed kan du bidrage til din arbejdsplads’ kundeservice, uanset hvor du er.

Med Miralix Go får du mulighed for at:
• se dine kollegaers tilgængelighed via status fra telefon, mobil, Microsoft Teams, kalender, m.m., hvis de har statusvisning aktiveret. Kalendervisningen viser aftaler netop nu og flere dage frem.

• finde kontaktoplysninger på dine kollegaer – herunder bl.a. navn, afdeling og telefonnummer - hurtigt via den integrerede telefonbog.

• omstille opkald, der er modtaget via KontaktCenteret eller softphone.

• besvare kø-opkald fra flere telefonkøer.

• få kø-overblik og se oplysninger om de telefonkøer du deltager i. Du kan se antal agenter, der er logget ind; hvor mange opkald, der venter; hvor lang den gennemsnitlige kø-tid er og hvor mange opkald, der hhv. er behandlede og ubehandlede.

• se navnet på den person, der ringer til dig. Det er muligt for alle kontakter, der er oprettet i jeres KontaktCenters database, dvs. både firmakontakter og eksterne firmakontakter som f.eks. samarbejdspartnere eller leverandører.

• bruge appen med en softphone, så du også kan foretage opkald via WIFI eller en dataforbindelse.

• styre hvilket nummer, der vises til modtageren via rolleskife, når du som agent foretager udgående opkald.

• tilføje, redigere og slette private firmakontakter.

• sætte og fjerne noter, f.eks. ved pauser.

• bruge den indbyggede nummerblok ved opkald, så al opkaldshåndtering sker direkte i appen, såfremt du bruger softphone.

Bemærk: Brug af app’en forudsætter, at du har et login til en Miralix KontaktCenter-løsning via din arbejdsplads.

New features

- Med Miralix 7.3 eller 8.0 backend, vil Serveren nu ringe til din mobil, når du fortager et udgående opkald. Dette giver mulighed for at ændre dit viste nummer (Dette kræver licens).
- Sætter opkalds timeouts ned til 8s i stedet for 30s.
- Ved forbindelsesfejl til en CloudProxy, prøves der igen med en anden server.
- Samt mindre fejlrettelser.
