Completely stopped working months ago (displays "invalid date" and crashes when I try to look at the calendar). Wasn't that useful before then. Entry of time in this app was clunky, editing existing entries was hard to get right, and it doesn't enable you to start your clock on the web app and then stop it here, or vice versa.

Worst time sheet app ever! The developers should actually try using the app. If i wanna add a time sheet entry for a previous day or even add a break for today, i literally have to enter my time in, out and break like 8 times each because everytime i enter in one field it changes the other fields to some random time! Totally non customizable! Very very annoying!

Minute7 has become an important part of our construction companies operations and has helped dramatically lesson the amount of time spent on time tracking, payroll and employee expenses. One of the things that makes Minute7 unique from all of the other time tracking applications that we looked at is that it doesn't try to change how you operate - it basically just front ends QB's timecard functionality and allows field workers to enter time remotely against jobs/customers/labor types. We had no interest in GPS tracking or other restrictions on how time is entered - our carpenters are professionals and we trust them to report their time accurately - no other app we found gave us the freedom to continue operating as we had with paper/spreadsheets. As for the quality of the app; we have noticed dramatic improvements over the last year, with the overall responsiveness and speed of the app improving greatly. Marc (the owner of M7) is very responsive and has dug in and helped us resolve issues. Things break in software as improvements are made - its just the nature of software - what matter is how a company responds. M7 has been excellent in that regard. Overall, we are extremely pleased with Minute7. We do still have a small list of improvements we would like to see (all on the Expense tracking side), but consider M7 the best app out there for QuickBooks Time Tracking.

Great time clock for teams on different projects snd locations. I switched from tsheets because we also needed to track reciepts for expences There are 2 addition that would make it 5 star. 1 if it had gps to locate each member punched. 2 if it did require the user to logout and back in after an update.

some IT work needed on the mileage entry. it tries to stay on $.58 and that's never my rate. I need a option for truck car etc with different rate preentered so I can pick my option for when I need it.

this app it's still clunky, buggy, and unreliable. it loses my clock in times and then i find myself having to manually enter all info. i wish my employer would pick a different app.
