I've been using Company Portal on multiple devices for ~2 years. Before complaining about this app, forward issues to your company Help Desk. Designed to support and enforce the security of a company's information, Company Portal does a good job on Android, but there is a LOT of work to do in the background in preparation. A misconfiguration by your IT can give you a bad time. Work with them.

What a piece of junk, one minute it allows access to the companies apps, the next it won't, the help is next to useless, doesn't tell you how to resolve the issue, just tells you what the problem is, before rolling out this system, you would expect it to work seamlessly, not want authorisation at random times, even in the middle of teams calls. Can't even uninstall it off my phone now, setting up initially took 3 attempts, now it won't work because it says it need an update, but what????

I would consider it as very unsafe to lock the phone by the work profile from an admin. In the case you forgot the access password, your phone will get locked and you cannot access it anymore, unless it is reset by the admin and all the personnal and company data will be vanished. Imagine to be somewhere and you cannot use your phone even to make a phone call. Traying to increase the data security by creating other serious problems. Why you don't create a separate and locked profile?????

The app can't check properly the android version on Huawei phones (P30 Pro), it just keeps telling the phone not compliance with the company policy as it is not updated for more than six months even though the phone is updated to android 10 with March 2021 security patch. Update: I would gave it zero if I can to, as I can not even contact the developer for support, the email returned back as I'm not in his safe list!!!!!

Worst app, don't ever install it in your mobile especially Samsung latest mobiles. It takes all admin permission, my home button even stopped working after installing this(Knox security policy restricts it). U can't Uninstall this app as well factory reset cannot be performed. Literally u lose ur phone. I would give negative rating if possible

App is horrible. Downloaded it for work and not my entire computer is very buggy. It does not help you at all in my opinion and honestly only makes things worse. My apps were working just fine and then I installed this app and not everything keeps crashing not matter what I try to fix it... This app needs some serious work
