Constant crashes. Not user-friendly at all. Poorly designed and as is normal for Microsoft, updates are sent prior to testing. Update sent this morning forced every H.P. user to uninstall the app. Only reason I use this is because H.P. requires it. Piece of ****.

This is the worst app ever created. It locks up. It eats battery life. It does not work correctly. It never has and it never will. Shame on any company that forces it's employees to use this pile of garbage
