News articles are no longer loading; there's infinite loading and then there's a popup that says "The app has a bad configuration, please try again later." The setting to Auto set wallpaper is no longer available on Pixel 8 Pro, but at least this app doesn't crash completely when trying to read news, unlike Bing, so I guess I'm keeping this app and uninstalling Bing. One annoyance is that clicking on one system notification will clear all system notifications

Once again, receipt scanning doesn't work. It's been fine for many months for me, then they "fix" something that isn't broken, & break it (it looks much different now, so they made a completely new UI that doesn't look like my phone camera anymore). What a horrible company. Microsoft is the only company i know that when they accidentally get something right they will do everything they can to destroy that something. Very inconsistent app, on it's best days.

This app is one of the worst I have used in a while. Multiple bug reports and emails to developers, but no response. Typical. It is completely unusable on several phones from my experience. Cheaper and high end. S7 Especially. It is slow to load everything, and my Internet is Gigabit and 5G. The customization for news is not good, and doesn't show my local news ever. But it's whatever, I have much more to say, but I am nearing the 500 character limit. Long story short, don't get this app.

If you're using this to get MS rewards points each day, don't bother. MS made some changes recently, it seems, and searches almost never register. If you want the full 100 points a day for doing mobile searches, prepare yourself to have to open the app 15 times over the course of the day and just hope that a search or two registers before they just suddenly stop. As far as news goes, it's fine. I'd rather use the default Google news or an app specifically for news.

This is a good app for reading news stories but when I expand the comments more than two or three times it crashes. This hadn't been a problem until recently. I'm on a Galaxy s23u that I got a month ago and this app has always crashed on the comment sections. I grabbed my previous phone, LG V60, that never had this problem and the app now crashes on that one too. Also, when I do post a comment I think Microsoft censors too much. For ex: you can't use the word "you" when replying to someone.

Slow laggy and messing up. I log into it and it won't count my searches, won't scan my receipts, won't count my mobile or laptop searches. News reads, anything to do with earning points or doing anything of that nature, it just limits it. Wouldn't load pages or stop entirely. Don't load this app, wifi or a good cellphone tower next to you won't fix the problem. It's the app, algorithm or techs that purposely slow it down.
