Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Enterprise Service Management on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Not connected. Error shows cannot connect to the server. May be need to upgrade the system.

Works perfectly! Some people reporting that they're unable to connect to the server might have their server deployed behind a firewall or VPN, in which case you need to configure your settings properly.

very 2 upset by our mgmt. no of ticket to be approved IS NOT THE SAME..i lesser than as shown in SP portal as well as in SM inbox approval page.. where the others?.. only max 10 items listed.

Filter request/task/incident list. For example, filter the requests in a specific priority
Update the detailed information of a request/task/incident
Post comments to a request/task/incident
Add solution or suggested solution to a request/incident
View the detailed information of Person records and contact the person by tapping the phone number, the email address or the location

IMPORTANT: This software requires connectivity to the OpenText Service Management Automation Suite. You may activate the mobile app by scanning a QR code from your company’s Service Management Automation Service Portal web site. You may also contact your IT administrator for an activation URL.
