This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CoSy Contact Sync for WhatsApp (ROOT) (Unreleased) on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

CoSy - Contact Sync for WhatsApp syncs your WhatsApp friends images with your local phone contact images.

IMPORTANT: this app only works with a ROOTED device! Don't download and try it if you don't know what ROOT is or if your device is not ROOTED! Sorry, I can't offer a version for not rooted devices because this is not possible technically. Thanks for your understanding.

This all works in 3 simple steps:

• Save your friends profile images in your gallery (manual part of the process)
• Link your contacts with your WhatsApp friends (Tell the app which WhatsApp friend is which phone contact)
• Sync your images

Functions

→This app allows you to sync WhatsApp profile images with your phone contacts
→You can link contacts based on the name similarity for a very fast app setup
→Sync images automatically (once every day or whatever frequency you want) or manually on demand only
→Sync images if you're phone is loading or if it's connected to WLAN only, if desired
→Optionally tint images before setting them as contact images
→Optional image history - save history images and even go back to previous contact images if you don't like a friends new WhatsApp profile image
