About this app

This app is for participants attending the 13th General Assembly of the ASEAN Law Association (ALA) which will be held in Singapore from 25th to 28th July 2018. The theme for the event is ‘The Power of One: Unlocking Opportunities in the ASEAN Through Law’. Participants using this app will be able to access information about the venue, programme, as well as any updates from the organisers.

The ALA is a non-governmental organization of lawyers in the ASEAN region. Established in 1979, it brings together under one roof various branches of the law profession – judges, law teachers, legal practitioners from both the private and public sectors. The ALA is a dynamic organization which moves forward in collaborative efforts to understand and harmonise laws in the region. It continues to play a complementary role in promoting a common ASEAN focus on key issues and policies”.
