About this app

The Emerging Enterprise Award was first launched in 2008 to recognise outstanding small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore. It was the first in the SME industry for being an award that reaches out to younger businesses. Into its ninth year, EE 2016 is Singapore’s only annual entrepreneurial award that recognises promising emerging enterprises with annual sales turnover of less than S$15 million who are outstanding in their various fields.

Jointly organised by The Business Times and OCBC Bank, supported by MasterCard®, RSM, Singtel, ACORN Marketing & Research Consultants, INSEAD, Maxus and SPRING Singapore, the Emerging Enterprise Award honours promising startups and aspiring SMEs with the drive to make waves on the entrepreneurial stage.

Tonight we celebrate the achievements of our top 16 finalists. Apart from the attractive prizes, the Emerging Enterprise Award offers invaluable recognition and empowers the SMEs with opportunities to further their business growth ambitions.
