Do not follow up concerning refund amount and wait time frames are too long

Services offered here are inept. Tax deadlines and thorough procedures arent prioritized. Customer Service skills are nonexistant. Its more of a neighbor next door let me try to do you taxes when I have free time.. So be Very careful who you allow to represent you when dealing with the IRS.
