Using medvol app more than year, the process is more transparent. Acknowledging the POD process is now very easy and comfortable. If any discrepancy in the supplied invoice, we are able to give remarks in the screen. Medvol team is calling us and getting the information. Current version is improved. Every time I want to login it says to register from step one.. And once I enter my mobile number, it says that my mobile number doesn't exist., eventhough I have already made a dozen of orders through this same app. After some 10-15 unsuccessful attempts, I will get the OTP. Kindly look into this issue
