The app does not open after the update , it is stuck loading page in the start page. Very poor performance at starting and also reports available in iPad will not be available here on Android Please fix this

App loads when it wants. It's a good app when it works. Anyone have a fix for the freeze on the screen at startup? Tried clearing cache, Storage and uninstalling and reinstalling.
