Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MeetingHand Admin on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.

About this app

This application is part of the MeetingHand Online Event Management Software. It is meant to be a tool for the administrators to better organize and manage their event.

Event organizers can register participants as they arrive to the venue and to validate their participation to each social event or workshop.
Hotel receptionists can check the arrival of attendees.
Drivers can confirm the transfer for each person.
Tour organizer can check-in people for each tour.

How is this done?

That's very simple.
In two ways:

1. By scanning the QR code of each participant. That's done in the Admin app. Each participant will have their own QR code on their name badge and stored in their MeetingHand app.

2. By selecting the user from the user list. A search box is provided for faster search.

Once the admin has scanned the QR code or has clicked the user from the list, their participation can be validated.

For privacy sake each administrator will have access only to the data of its competence.
For instance a hotel receptionist will only see the hotel booking data of the user.
A tour organizer will only see the tour data.

If the item has been paid (tour, transfer, hotel etc..) the admin can certify the actual participation of the user.
