Both this app and Medallia Mobile 3 are disappointing. There is always a lag when trying to log onto either. I must view Guest Voice via browser instead of through the app. Constant lag problems when signing in or going from page to page. For this to be the upgrade, I do seem to get a little further on the older version. However, it is on the web browser. Unsure of where everything went wrong, but this was once a better app.

Downloaded in June and had no issues at all. Suddenly this week, the app fully logs me out every time I close the app, it runs very slow & takes about 7 minutes to get from the company part to the EID part for log in and takes me to the web version which I absolutely cannot stand on my phone. Why would I download an app in order to view what I can view on my browser? Is there anything that has changed with the app recently? I've uninstalled and installed the app 3 times but nothing changes.

Used to work on I phone well , but doesn't work on my android S10+. Experiencing exactly same issues as other users mentioned here . Have send a mail to support but haven't received a reply, uninstalled for now and will wait to see if there is any update by fixing these issues . Was very useful app , probably only on IOS ..

Recently stopped working by logging me all the out. I put in my company ID to get back in and it just spins...

For some reason it wont let me navigate to the other pages. Other options not responding when u touch them. Cant even scroll down. Like the page is stuck to the main one. Should be a negative star if I could rate it. Please fix it.
