Worst app, can't register new product using this app. Also the customer
care only says that they can't hear anything on call. I called them and
they disconnected call saying that they can't hear anything. Why is
luminous hiring deaf customer care services, who doesn't even call back.
Worst app and customer care services. I bought new battery and inverter
which can't be registered due to poor customer service provided by luminous.
