Short performance report. Extend it to 6 to 12 months. When installed it cant get fast acces and permission through bp,it means if bp approves your login still its not loging in into the app.. It takes to many time to load content and complaints assigned from bp to st.and it does not itself refreshs the content whatever is forwarded by the bp to the app. After all its a good app,but have to enhace its compatibility and access login and have to improve the refresh programme that is most important

Sir, After assining complain from BP package its takes an hour's to receive the complain in this app even after refreshing continuously to 3or four hours. I am very irritated with this app, it is far more difficult to release complain from this app rather then visiting customer house and resolving the customer's aquaguard issue. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
