Otp verification doesn't work at all,, tried more than 15times now on different days commulatively

Website OTP verification works. Mpesa delay on website observed. Mash contact number in mpesa website payment menu is unreachable as of date of posting. The app ticket has a really nice simplistic layout. Its refreshing to have an app. Thanks mash team.

The payment link is down most of the time and the MPESA payments rarely reflect. Mash is still purely a paper company. The app doesn't do what it's meant to do most of the time

its is a good app but is you happen to forget your password to change it is hard, impossible i might add. what's frustrating is that you cant re-register.
