MASC allows calling and messaging in the lower 48 contiguous United States, Canada and Mexico. We do not offer calling or texting services in Hawaii or Alaska.

App Permissions

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Required to be able to access the camera device.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
