This app does not work. I've reinstalled it at least 4 times on my less than two year old Android phone and it won't start. Sometimes I have a blank white page, sometimes a pink logo page and sometimes a pink logo page with a message that it's retrieving updates. No matter how long I wait for it to start or retrieve updates, nothing happens. Dear Mary Kay....if you want want to launch new consultants successfully, please give us tools that work!

Hands down - best app for me! It was surprisingly quick and easy to install. It switches between sections and pages flawlessly. Loads videos and new information without buffering. It's like it was made just for my phone! Overall I'm totally loving it! Oodles of MK education, training, even q role play video, and social media sharing. Much of what I usually go on in touch for is available right here in the app! Love it!

I have tried several times since this app was available to open & it never works. It stays on a pink page with the app logo. I have tried Uninstaller & installing and nothing changes. Please help

When it works its works! When it doesnt it really sucks. Sometimes the app will work and it's really cool! I can go to the Social selling pre-approved messages and post from there no problem. Sometimes the app doesnt work and takes forever to load and then it just stays on the start screen. updated May 5, 2019: From 3 to 4 stars. Been using it for 2 months now and there are fewer crashes and failures to load.

I just installed the app on android and it doesn't seem to be working. I just see a pink page with the Great Start logo. I've tried installing and reinstalling and same thing. To the app developers working on this: If you need help with testing/troubleshooting I'll be happy to test.

I opened the app after downloading and it immediately had updates to retrieve. Then the screen turned white...that's it!! Really?? So disappointed!! A fellow consultant uninstalled and reinstalled it and it did the same thing! I won't be reinstalling it until whatever bugs are in this app are worked out!
