I tried to pay for subscription and app would just freeze. I emailed their tech support and got the automated reply that they usually respond within 24 hrs. It's been 5 days and nobody has contacted me about my issue. I created a couple of estimates that I can no longer access since my free trial expired. Unacceptable! Update: Markate customer service reached out to me. I'm not sure what happened there but I was given an extension of the trial for my the inconvenience. Updating to 4 stars.

Great App! I've been using Markate for a few years now and absolutely love it. Great pricing for all the features. Definitely helps out the small businesses with keeping customers organized for the price. They have ad-ons that you can choose to use that increase sales. No brainer. Also have a Facebook group for connecting with other users. Get it. Don't wait. 10 stars!

I received compliments regularly from customers on the professionalism of my systems because of the many useful features Markate provides. It also syncs up with Quickbooks and other apps making bookkeeping, scheduling, estimates, invoices and more all almost perfectly seamless. Highly recommend Markate to anyone in the service industry.

Probably the most user friendly, and contractor competent, software on the market. It just makes perfect sense for every possible necessity in running my business. I almost gave up on finding an app that could provide me with the processes and literary material needed to operate. Then I found Markate. Invoicing, mileage, trip logs, estimates, payment merchant accounts, employee management, customer database, arrival,in rout and job completion notifications, and reports along with tax info and reports. It saved my business and gave me the upper hand on my competition. No joke!

I highly recommend it for a field service software. It is very suitable for anyone in the servicing field. I run an appliance repair business. It will provide scheduling with a plugin for your website for inquiries and appointments. It also does invoicing and pushes it into QuickBooks. It does a two-way sync with QuickBooks I used housecall Pro prior to this. it is quite a bit more economical and practical as well as more user friendly then house call Pro.

The app had been working fine in the trial period. Didn't use it for a while during rona. Trial over and paid monthly fee. It pretty much just stopped working shortly after I paid. It's now frozen and won't work at all. Update. Emailed support and they were quick to respond and fixed the problem on their end
