This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Self Care on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

The app contains a directory of services, lots of advice and guidance on common ailments, conditions checker, maps, contact numbers, national campaigns and how to videos. The app has also gained International recognition by Winning a Top Developer award for 2016 during its development stages. The app is designed to support patients who are seeking self care advice and is for guidance purposes only, medical advice should be sought for any condition deemed inappropriate for home care or as directed by the advice provided.
