This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ServiceDesk Plus MSP on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Dear team, From msp mobile app having issues after upgrading to latest version. 1. Automatic logout when clear from recen app list.

After a year of working without issues it stopped functioning on Sony Xperia Z Premium. Cannot login and app does not show any error - login window just refreshes and clears password field. Now it is completely useless app. App is updated to latest version.

logged into our UAT server (MSP). Now i need to change server to production. UAT server is offline, hence the app wont let you clear credentials or remove or change server. rewrite the app to clear or reset or logout credentials and server info, even if the server or network is unavailable.

I managed to login to service desk plus saas But i tried the same in this same app because I want to configure multiple accounts but it gives me a error failed login

Not able to raise / review / approve the change requests... Big drawback for an app built for MSPs...! Any plan to add change management in future app updates...?

Version 5.7:
1. Introducing FAFR Support from SDPMSP 14700: Administrators can effortlessly enable field and form rules by navigating to Admin Templates & Forms Field and Form Rules and selecting the "Enable Field and Form Rules for Mobile App" option. Scripts execution is not supported now.

2. Supported Priority matrix from SDPMSP 14700: Priority will be updated based on Urgency & Impact fields.
