I was unable to access my account and I did not receive the reset email to reset my password for a couple of months. I emailed support and this was resolved instantly

Cannot even choose the location, so impossible to register.

I got a new phone and the app logged me out. I went to log back in and now
it doesn't recognise my details. I even reset my password and tried to
register again. Westfield staff were not very helpful and Its been 2 weeks
since I've emailed Westfield. So annoyed that I have to hold back on
purchasing items because of no discount.

Most off the time the app status is not responding. And it's impossible load the discount with the bad Westfield wifi and the low network coverage
