Every time this app gets "updated", design, features, and functionality somehow all get worse!!! This time even logging in and out has become a ridiculously time consuming ordeal! Focus on fixing the parts of the app that don't work properly and leave meaningless things (like color coding and vertical vs. grid layout) aside until you can get those right!

Need to add two notes to the reason for being late 1 APP error system did not update. 2 BDO writer put in wrong P/U time ie bags are already late before you pick them up. Also you can't log out on a Samsung Galaxy S5 with out shutting the phone off then back on

This app is beyond horrible it doesn't do anything right I love having to log in every single time I want to make a delivery one of these days it'll cause a car accident for sure . not to mention that we're always getting in trouble for not being in compliance. what a freaking joke

Can't see all the window! I am unable to assign bags, make bags out for delivery and delivered. So this app does not allow me to do ANY of the things it was designed for!

It's gotten better in the last 7 months. There are only a couple things that would make it better. 1)sometimes the bags get checked off as delivered, even though they haven't been yet. This is usually not a problem, except that the PAX also get a message stating that the bag has been delivered. As a delivery driver, this is troublesome when they start to blow my phone up, looking for answers. 2) sometimes the BDO doesn't register as delivered when I check it off, so the PAX gets an inaccurate read as to when I deliver the bag.

This app is costing me money!! I have bdo's show up that i ran through. App will show no bdo's when in fact they are. This app is horrible.
