Installing app doesn't allow connection to an existing Kiplinger subscription that wasn't created through magzter. Kiplinger could do better with a different partner, I think.

I'm a new subscriber with a subscription to Kiplinger. I downloaded the android app and cannot get to any content. When I go to help -I see I have no subscriptions although I have an email confirming my subscription. Even worse, there is a button on the help page for resolving subscription problems. This button does not respond at all in any way. I restated app and had same results.

Cannot access my Kiplinger Subscription. I had to create a Magzter account (which is annoying but fine) but there is no place to actually associate this app with my Kiplinger account. Useless.
