This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LiveTrack on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. I can't even sign in. They keep telling me check my credentials but when I sign into the shipping company online, I'm able to log in with the same username and password. It's very frustrating.

Momentarily I have this App on my phone and both links for Desktop and Phone are not working properly. The Company is Jet Box International.

Ok app.. it freezes sometimes or doesnt log in automatically, but when it does it works great.

App doesn't work. Can't connect to server. So much problems and getting a response for help takes days. Obviously they don't understand the importance of customer service

This app probably opens once every 10 tries. That's can be frustrating to someone when they're trying to track their shipment. When you actually get to access the app, its great! You get to see all your information and your charges before hand . Something MUST be done about the time the app takes to launch. Its very annoying. Btw, Jetbox is my shipping provider so idk if my issues are as a result of that.

LiveTrack is for customers of companies using Magaya Software for their logistics operations. It can be used as a full logistics portal, or just for quick tracking without login.

LiveTrack only works with Magaya version 11 or more recent! The app will detect and let you know should you try to connect to an older version. If that happens, you or your logistics partner should contact Magaya for help with updating the system.

1. Are you already using LiveTrack on the web? Great! Simply enter your logistics partner's 5-digit Company ID to connect. Your username and password are the same as in the web version. Hint: The partner's Company ID is displayed in your LiveTrack web portal by the company name.
