Scan Fidelity es la Aplicación que permite a todo operador de Gestor comercial y Gestor de promociones de Fidelitytools cargar clientes leyendo el código QR de Dni y Carnet de Conducir.

Todo operador podrá utilizarlo con el usuario y la contraseña con la que operan normalmente en sus paneles de Gestión.

Operadores de Gestor comercial de Fidelitytools: el operador podrá leer el DNI o Carnet de conducir de su cliente, cargando de manera instantánea los datos en su panel de Gestión. Esto le permitirá introducir clientes de manera ágil, los datos se depositarán en su cartera de clientes y automáticamente se abrirá una operación vigente, para iniciar el proceso de atención.

Operadores de Gestor de Promociones: podrán ingresar a la aplicación Scan Fidelity con el mismo usuario y contraseña que se le ha asignado. De esta manera cargará los datos duros de su cliente escaneando el DNI o Carnet de conducir, este cliente ya estará disponible para generar la carga de puntos o canjes de su promoción.

El uso de la aplicación de Fidelitytools es libre y gratuita para clientes de Gestor Comercial y Gestor de Promociones de Fidelitytools.

En caso de no tener clave de acceso podrá pedírselo al administrador de Fidelitytools de su empresa.
