Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AppReg on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

App-Reg is an app for easy registration of participants for an event.
The event might be everything from a football match for kids to a religious ceremony, and the primary target for the App is to be able to count participants and keep track on who are registered.
We use Name and phone number to make sure that we don’t make double registrations and that they can be contacted later for new events or other reasons.
The Name and Number are entered by the participant and the app don’t register any other information, then willingly shared by owner of the App through the QR code. It actually just replace the old handwritten paper list.
It is not possible to enter/retrieve any information from another user of the app.
