m-Mitra is innovative application available for Android and other smartphones developed by Dolphin Logic Systems Private Limited. Its aim is to create movement for involving all citizens as Volunteer to CLEAN INDIA MISSION. And chance for govenment to demonstrate concern for DISASTER MANAGEMENT and PROSPERITY. Application works with all kind of connectivity that is SMS, 2G, 3G and Wi-Fi internet. m-Mitra use any hardware available at your work station.
It also take gps to send location of perticular place of complaint. Also in emergency situation citizen can ask help by Alarming the SAB (Security Alarm Box). And at the time of Disaster administration can Alarm cell phone of citizen to inform. m-Mitra is totally free application.

* National Emergency Alert : Get Alert From various department about national emergency situation like foot, Heavy Rain, Tornado, Earthquake, etc.
* SOS Service : SOS have three services in emergency
1. Fire : Send fire emergency request to respected department .

* Complaint Registration : Register your complaint to municipal corporation by just a message along with the picture and location. GPS for scanning complaint location for providing better service. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
* Complaint Status : User can view his complaint status wheather it in completed or progress and reply also
* Prabhag Info : Get information about ward member or prabhag member with photo,full name, mobile number also get names of all the wards present in particular prabhag
* Offline complaint registration : Even if you don't have internet you can register complaint offline, m-Mitra will save your complaint offline until your internet will not on.
* LANGUAGE SUPPORT : m-Mitra application is support to multiple language like english,hindi,Marathi etc.
* WHEATHER : You can view your area's wheather also you can view other place wheather with searching with text or voice.
* BLOOD DONATION : Enquiry for blood to blood banks or donor and view all the contact and direct calling facilities.
* CHANGE CITY : You can change city which you want and get the ward or prabhag information of that city without logout from the application.
* SUGGESTION : You can suggest any good or bad thing about your area or anything with image. It has facility to speak instead of typing your suggestion.
* NO HIDDEN COST : Once you download the application, you can use it for connecting with your municipal corporation. Register complaint which you have and send it using this application for free! m-Mitra uses your Internet connection: 3G/EDGE or Wi-Fi when available.
