The app doesn't work. It literally never changes from the opening green logo screen.. I was hoping the app would be at least a little better than the awful website. I guess it is. At least with the app it only took me few mins to figure out they have no idea what they're doing. On the site it took way longer to figure out.

Great idea, I have had a couple of surveys. People complain about not having any available but it takes time. I've had an online account for over 3 years...they need to learn it just takes time. My only complaint about this app is that the rewards section says there's an error, so I can't see my current points balance.

Downloaded this app after cresting an account online and thought it would be an easier way to take surveys. There aren't any surveys that show up on the app though and when I log on to the computer there are many for me to do. Maybe the surveys aren't compatible on my phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy S5.

They're no longer a legitimate company, their parent company deny any and all relation or existance, and even though they have the same address, lightspeed says they don't exist and are not there, on floor three, of their corporate headquarters. If your account hasn't been closed yet, it will soon.

Just doesn't work. I tried to log in, but it kept telling me there was no internet connection. My phone is approximately 4 feet from the wifi router! The connection had been good enough to download the app 2 minutes earlier!!

Been using website. Lots of surveys so far. Downloaded the app and logging in it just comes back saying no internet connection. Other apps working and was able to download app a moment before also recognises when details are incorrect
