This application is problematic. it keeps saying it is not synchronizing with my device Or this download is no longer supported by this browser or download in Google play store. I go to Google play store and I can't find it? I id not find it difficult the first time in 2016. I wonder what happened. Air France should not use this App anymore if it does ot improve accessibility to her chosen customers

App is a joke. It constantly says it's not connected to a network so it was not able to download the questionnaire. It would have been better not to ask me to be an observer, now I have a really bad image of AF's quality checks.

New survey received. Not able to load. Keeps telling me I have a slow connection even when on good wifi or 4G. Rubbish.

Rubbish. Tells me internet connection is too slow when I am on good 4G and good Wi-Fi. A waste of time.
