They does have real pple running business . The service started ok . But it not getting transparent in their service . Costly Basic membership is over 1000. difficult to get real match but it not exactly their fault for limited candidates. It started the old app have few functions .but beware when updating And slowly u being downgrade in even more basics msg service. That when need to pay many extra when should be included in the first place since it should be proper match making .

I received the call from lovestruck today about the migration of the app, they should have informed me earlier they are in process of migration last month, now verification code sent to mobile phone is slow, if they are moving to app, there should be broadcast before September, slow response, message to consultant and no reply, but good thing they informed me of the extension to the subscription package.

Very disappointed with the bad follow up. High membership fees. Empty promises. Limited matches. Can't be bothered to inform when membership was expiring. Then after expired kept asking u to come down and claim that they had found good matches for u. Felt that its a waste of time and money to renew the membership.

Their priority is money, not finding u a partner. And DO NOT use credit card to pay for their services, they will charge your card without your consent for new date package when your current package ends. They do this without informing you....

Stop spam calling. Everyday someone new calls asking the same question. Most hated customer service of all. Not just in dating app, but of all businesses I have ever come across. People used to think telemarketers are bad, they can't hold a handle to what you guys are doing. I only provided a mobile number to see how the app works, not to get spam calls. This virus is worse than covid.

Becareful when signing up - know what you are getting yourself into: (1) Unprofessional customer service - no replies to your enquiry even after few DAYS when they say will reply within 24 hours. (2) They take your money and won't refund even if they can't meet their end of their bargain. (3) You are overpaying for same services you can get much cheaper with apps such as Tinder or Coffee Meets Bagel. - Bots still pick matches for you, Lovestruck do not screen through all the profiles.
