The app as well as the website are badly designed software design. Have to enter email for non-members to pay the ticket, but the email never comes. I'm a software engineer but have not been able to sucessfully buy a ticket even in 30min. Also, the website to get a ticket is very hard to find in google. In my opinion, it should be the first result with "lotte tower ticket".
