10/18/15 Newest update is working perfectly, even better than before! THANKS LOREX!!! Upgraded to Lollipop on Samsung Note 3 recently...Lorex hasn't worked since. App was always crashing before but now nothing. DO NOT BUY LOREX SECURITY SYSTEMS UNTIL THEY FIX MOBILE APP PLEASE!

UPDATE: They FINALLY pushed out the SwannView version for Lollipop. Everything is working as it should now. However, they are going to have to earn that 5th STAR back for what they put us through. Same as others have posted. This app stopped working after upgrading to Lollipop 5.1 on Droid Turbo 64. Hope fix will be out soon. Gonna contact Lorex Support directly.

Took them 8 months after Lollipop came out to push an update that fixed compatibility. Now broken again on 7.0 Nougat on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. Crashes every time upon starting. Lorex is the WORST when it comes to maintenance and quality of their apps. DO NOT BUY

App is worthless since the lollipop update for Android. Lorex has had plenty of time to resolve this issue, clearly a lack of concern for their customer's satisfaction. **UPDATE App finally working, no excuse for Lorex in taking 7 MONTHS to update this to the Android platfom as it's such an essential / basic feature, IMO. Has worked with the iPhone updated iOS the entire time.

Wonderful cameras are rendered largely useless by the complete garbage of this software (as well as for PC and MAC). As much as I like the cameras connected to a monitor while at home, I would have never bought them had I known how bad the apps were. Completely random when it actually works, and on the off-chance it does, it is VERY slow to refresh no matter how fast your internet connection is.
