This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Lorange Network on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Professor Lorange: APP for Family Business Investments Portfolio – Learning with Experts.

Why this APP?

Many custodians of family business portfolios strive to improve their portfolios through wiser investments. But how? My advice is that learning is key for better performance! Leading academic experts are providing inputs, and are also giving comments on key questions you might have. Significantly, sharing of viewpoints among owners and experts can further stimulate learning, and so can sharing of best practice.

How does it work?

As a member of the APP, which is by invitation only, you have direct access to a unique panel of experts, leading academicians as well as practitioners, all part of Professor Peter Lorange’s network. Professor Lorange is the lead driver of the APP, with a unique background, academically as well as successful manager of his own investment portfolio. The list of leading experts is given in Appendix I. Please note that this list is being expanded.

The Triad of benefits

• Commentaries (brief), book reviews and key article synopses, from the leading experts. As part of this seven monthly investment advice notes shall come from Dr. Lorange, steaming from his own investment portfolio.
• Ask the experts. Family business owners shall typically have issues to bring up, questions to ask. But, they typically wish this to be a confidential process. Our experts shall provide response inputs here, and both questions and answers shall be posted on the APP, the questions, of course, anonymized. Other members, both owners and experts, may want to comment, i.e. an APP-based learning dialogue!
• Post experiences, both successes as well as things that may not have worked as intended. These postings would come from members of the network, anonymous again, of course, and other members as well as experts are encouraged to comment.
