This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing JSACloud Enterprise on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

The app crashes whenever you try to create a department. None of the forms will save without a department, so this glitch renders the app completely useless.

Was getting error messages when trying to log in but the team at JSA were extremely professional and worked hard to solve the problem and kept me updated on their progress. The mobile app is excellent the only request I have is to be able to edit forms using the web dashboard.

Cannot progress as it keeps asking to add job steps after adding them.

except for your apparent bug update. I saved midway after spending an hour filling out a very informative JSA. It automatically saved to Incomplete JSA. I returned to complete it and all tasks, risks, and hazards have disappeared and were replaced by a template. I've paid for these features to be saved. I find it extremely aggravating that I have wasted hours of research and filling out these fields only to be thrown away. Please, set ONE way to save and KISS. Other than that, it looks beautiful. Thank you.

I paid for unlimited jsa and email access but no way to email. Garbage!!!! Want my money back.
