Both the phone app and online app are nothing but jokes, alr went through so many rounds of assessments and interviews, wasting tones of time and taxi fees and the clerks still want to further waste your time, for unsuccessful applications it took them 1 to 2 months to reply and some don't even bother to give any replies or change the application status you have to keep calling and emailing them to request for the results.
