This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LiveU Control on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Somehow works... But! The main button doesn't work, I have to start/stop streaming by pushing the button on the unit. No "Camera" button and as a result can't see the live picture on my phone. The app can't self adjust to the phone resolution/screen size. Had to adjust phone settings to the app to be able to see all the buttons. Modem control is OK. Delay value selection is OK. Metadata is OK No channel selection! So, not very useful until those bugs fixed. LiveU300 HEVC, Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Android 9 P.S. A friend of mine has the same unit and an IPhone and everything works fine there. So, I guess those above are just the Android version bugs.

add auto settings to prevents streams from disconnecting in low signal areas or low speed issues, and also lowering the stream to audio only with a black screen so the stream will never disconnect, and there is many non tech beginners trying it so make it the default only setting available smart automatic settings.
