"Capturing leads made simpler" There have been times when my agents lost track of people who visited our website. I had been using the online chat software for more than a year and started using the app two months back. We really like how fast this app is. My agents and I can actually track the number of visitors present on the website and engage via app if they've been on a page for long. A lot of our concerns have come to rest after getting this live chat software app onboard. My operators like how easy it is to initiate a chat and help customers walk through the sales funnel. Great app!! Love how fast it is... I was using a different chat app before this. But due to speed issues we had to switch to ProProfs Chat. And trust me, we didn’t regret the decision and so would you. It is really fast therefore helping my agents respond back to customer queries fast and efficiently.
