It's good that you have an app, but it's missing a ton of functionality. I am a Assistant IT Manager and we recently started using your service, but I am frustrated that this has such a bad app to work with. Why hasn't this app been maintained in ~4 years?

Use the web page. The app is only good for casually checking on a project.
Even though the web site doesn't seem optimized for mobile, it allows for
most of the essential edits a user needs on the go.
