This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Masaar on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

In line with Smart Dubai’s innovation initiative, DHCR’s e-service system, Masaar, is a unique and interactive online system through which services are provided to members of the free zone community and prospective partners looking to become a part of Dubai Healthcare City.

Masaar, a first-of-its-kind in the UAE, caters to a comprehensive range of services for applications and renewals for commercial set-ups, healthcare professional and clinical licensing, as well as government services.

E-services provided through Masaar include:

• Commercial licensing
• Healthcare professional licensing
• Operating permit issuance
• Fit-out permit issuance
• Government services (employment visas)

Masaar is integrated with government and non-government agencies, and offers features such as unique portfolios for existing and prospective partners; e-payments; and an application tracking system.
