As a chauffeur, this app is essential in job management. There are elements that need to be improved, 1) Notifications; generic "trip has changed is not really helpful". Even as simple as providing as a "landing time now xx:xx" in the message will help. 2) Database used for flight tracking ; notwithstanding licensing issues, Flight tracker should be used to determine arrival and departure times. From experience flight tracker has been more accurate. If I relied upon this app alone, I would be out of a job 3) notifications still showing after updated information ; when opening the app from a means other than the notification, the notification still remains, requiring a "dismiss". Other applications are aware their respective apps have been opened and will automatically clear.

This app doesn't interface well with it's parent app limo anywhere.It doesn,t give the driver all the necessary info on one easy to read screen. It seems to have been designed by someone who has NEVER driven a car before. When it receives a job, the driver has to go through a minimum of 8 updates/steps to finish the job. All this while driving. The screens are not concise and the driver has to scroll back and forth to obtain all the information he needs to complete the job. Somebody is going to get killed using this app because it is way more dangerous to use than simple texting.

Amateur hour App development, are you using middle school students? For a company your size with your revenue stream this App should be top notch. 1. Controls are not intuitive: this means things are not where they should be or work weird compared to most Apps. 2. Crashes constantly or locks up phone. 3. doesn't use default navigation set by phone user. 4. Driver has to go search for new assignments. 5. Flight status rarely ever works. 6. Vehicle mileage tracking is buried. get it together SMH

This app continously freezes and crashes. Never mind the updates. Sometimes the navigation takes you miles away from where you supposed to go. this hapenned on several ocassions. Needs to allow copy and paste phone numbers and address. add text to passenger not just call.

What's with all the new permissions? When I used the map feature it always has final destination in some other state. This doesn't really follow the flow of a driver. When accepting trips and dropping off clients. I hardly ever go straight back to the garage after a drop off.

Installed and uninstalled a few times, still n k t working properly. Doesn't allow to update job stays. FIX IT!!! need to use it, without all the headaches !!!!
