This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing LIID for CRM on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Excellent tool. Perfect integration in daily business life with my Samsung Note 8 (two SIM cards). Now I have the calls logged automatically while in the car and I can add my comments later in the day after driving and everything is logged properly in the CRM. New contacts's business cards can be scanned and transferred to CRM. The support is great, they made the necessary customization in order to start using the App with the company CRM within 24 hours. Definitively worth the money.

From awesome to AWFUL. This used to be a great app with awesome support, which I have recommended to many colleagues and partners. And then the app stopped working after a year+ for unknown reason, no calls are being logged; worse still no resolution and no reply from support.
