Designed to troubleshoot, inspect and maintain assets in the field, CONiQ® Assist provides a secure and highly interactive experience with access to workflow content and the ability to share live video, audio, telestration and images with remote experts - even in limited bandwidth conditions.

In the event of a malfunction or system failure, production downtimes and high costs occur very quickly. Fast service is therefore essential. This is exactly where CONiQ® Assist comes in. Fast remote support with Augmented Reality features in real-time allows a fast reaction time. But even without the real-time support of one of our experts, the stored workflows guide the user step-by-step intuitively through the programme. A service report will be generated automatically after completed work.

In addition to the CONiQ® Assist application for mobile devices, wearables, and computers, Schenck Process provides hosted infrastructure services, specialized collaboration devices, and enhanced management capabilities. Using the CONiQ® Assist Platform Manager tool, an enterprise can enforce security and privacy settings, set network/bandwidth controls, analyze usage, and manage user license policies.
